WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
Most orders will ship within 72 hours. All orders are shipped from our studio in sunny Southern California. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. All products are shipped via the USPS standard mail service or UPS. We are very happy to currently offer free shipping on ALL orders shipped anywhere in the continental U.S.A. Orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days from the order date. At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We apologize but we can not offer shipping of our hats to P.O. Boxes.
We really hope that you love your order. However, we do offer a refund on return of unused products upon request within 5 days of delivery of the order. We do not offer exchange. Please keep in mind that shipping costs on a returned item will be at the expense of the customer.
All return inquiries are to be made within 5 days of receiving your order. All inquiries after this date will not be accepted and the sale will be considered final. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and instructions for return will be provided.
The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. We do not offer refunds on sale priced items or items purchased using a discount code over 15%. All sales on discounted items are final sales. Also, we do not offer a refund on gift certificates.

DO YOU CHARGE A SALES TAX?
INLAKESH is located in California. All shipments with a California address will be charged a sales tax of 7.25% onto the total order.
We suggest you select the larger size if you measure between two sizes or prefer your hat to have a little room.
